Enhancements update

We have recently updated the system with several enhancements that were built following recommendations from the HPA2 Development Group. As you may know, part of those updates included the launch of our “People in TA on a Particular Day” report from our last news update.

For those using the HRS (Housing Related Support) system we have updated the HRS reports so that the task type filter only shows HRS task types to make it easier to manage.

Another report enhancement we have introduced is that from your list of saved reports you can run the report directly or load the filters, edit them and use the save as feature to save the new report.

We have also added the TA property list report to the reports which allows you to run a property report with filters to sort the reporting.

TA Property List Report

If you have the have the TA module, then you will find that the rent account scheduling has been set up. This means that the system will automatically add items to the rent account.

We’ve made some changes to the screens on this because you need to be able to set an end date.

We have also relaxed the validation on the user account email address because some clients have email addresses such as Ted.Bunty@barra.solutions and our email validation didn’t allow for .solutions, however it does now.
