Homelessness officers from 72 different local authorities and RPs across the country attended Locata’s two webinars demonstrating our upgraded Homelessness Prevention and Advice system.
The webinars were held on November 16 and December 4, 2017. Both webinars included live demonstrations of Locata’s improved HPA2 homelessness system that has been upgraded to meet all the requirements of the Homelessness Reduction Act.
The webinars were run by Peter Riley, Andy Glaves and Iain Silverton from Locata who also gave a sneak preview of the new user-friendly designs for the system that have been created to meet the Government’s Digital Service Standard.

The webinars showed how the Personalised Housing Plans will work online through a customer portal as well as all the upgraded reporting for H-CLIC, including functionality allowing direct online upload to the DCLG from January 2018.
