New Rough Sleeper Initiative features in HPA2
In February we upgraded every HPA2 system with new functionality to help with Rough Sleepers.
The new functionality is free and gives officers a clearer picture about local Rough Sleeper cases and allows each council to send live data to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (D-LUHC) through the DELTA system.
HPA2 users can also report, monitor and deliver effective casework by using the pre-built tasks and questions.
A video demonstrating the new Rough Sleeper features in HPA2 is also now available.
Locata’s Jake Baker gave the demo at a webinar attended by more than 100 homelessness officers from around the country
