Attaching correspondence to email templates

We have rolled out a number of free enhancements designed to simplify process outcomes to all HPA2 schemes.

The first enhancement allows users to add letters to email templates.

Once the officer has completed a letter template within a client’s communication log, they can then attach it to any email template.

This functionality already existed in our CBL system but needed to be built for HPA2.

It should effectively remove the need for HPA2 users to have a letter and email version of every template as they can use a more generic email template for correspondence.

You can find out more information about how this works at the Help Site.

There are five more updates that have been rolled out with this one. All these enhancements are also free as they have been developed during work we have been doing with Coventry City Council as part of their new HPA2 and CBL services.

1. We have added new columns to the Outcome tables so they now say “This Month”, “This Quarter”, “Last Quarter” and “This Year”.

Prevention Outcomes:

Relief Outcomes:

2. We now show Overdue cases measured by days in relief being more than 56 days, and not by tasks. This is for all cases that are overdue on the Dashboard.

3. We have added age and gender abbreviations to the People tasks table. These abbreviations are:

4. We have also added the main applicant date of birth to the Details page as well as the People tasks table described above. (Please note that DOB can be searched using DDMMMYYYY e.g. 11DEC1962 format).

5. And finally, we have added two new icons to the Client toolbar. When you hover over these it displays the client’s email address and phone number.
