Gathering information on homeless Ukrainian nationals
We have recently rolled out a small set of features to HPA2 to help homelessness officers capture information about Ukrainian nationals.
This is required for the new DELTA report for the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).
This update is free for all HPA2 users. It will add the following features to the system:

A new Yes/No Question within the Eligibility Task:
- 1,684 Triage Cases

A new Task – “Ukrainian Refugees”
- This is designed to capture information related to the reason for homelessness.
- However, this task is not locked – so Super Users can use it to add additional questions if required related to this client group.

A report template which includes all the information you will need for the DELTA report
- It will be named “Ukrainian Refugees – DELTA Information” and is available to all users of HPA2.
We appreciate that some schemes may have already made similar changes to their own HPA2 systems using the Super User settings.
Where this is the case, we will only override where absolutely necessary to ensure the system works the same way for everyone.
