Coronavirus and Locata

Following the latest advice from Government on the COVID-19 outbreak, we have made the business decision to restrict face to face contact with our customers, partner organisations and suppliers. 

Locata’s staff members will work from home until further notice and adopt a working in isolation policy. 

However, we are still very much open for business and all our services will continue as normal. We will continue to communicate with you via telephone and email.

The Locata team will also be contacting every client we have a meeting booked with to re-organise those meetings with you. We would also like to discuss with you the option of having the meeting online via GoToMeeting.

We have successfully used the GoToMeeting software for several meetings and training sessions in the past, so we think this could be a viable option.

We will continue to monitor the situation daily and we will keep you updated with any news from us regarding the services we provide should these need to change over the coming weeks.

In the short term we will be prioritising any work that will enable housing and homelessness officers to work from home effectively and efficiently.
